How To Archive Incoming And Outgoing Letter

Method in filing letters and documents with the following steps.


1. First check the marks on each disposition sheet on the letter, whether the letter is
permitted or not allowed to be kept.
2. Give the code or provide an index on the letter
3. Sorting or segregating letters according to their groups based on the problem or
purpose of the letter (as needed).
4. Save the letters in a folder or other storage area.
5. Organize archives properly according to a certain archive storage system.
