After we listened to the resource ‘Where would you suggest a friend visit in your country’ you
summarized the reasons why the speaker suggested Portland. Great job here-you said that ‘there
are a lot of natural areas you can visit’. You would like to visit Portland based on the
description. I then asked you if you prefer relaxing vacations, adventure vacations, or tourist
vacations. You like relaxing and adventurous vacations, but you do not like sleeping on the
floor-you definitely prefer sleeping in a hotel. You recommended I visit Toledo due to the mix
of races/cultures and I can know the most representative places with those races. Toledo is about
75km from Madrid. You continued and told me about other tourist attractions.

deal’. We pronounce hiking like ‘high-king’.
