FIND YOUR

Purpose
IN 2 HOURS

Julia Lundin
Find Your Purpose in 2 Hours
Why am I here? What is my purpose? Life can’t be just about
getting the job, getting the car, getting the house. What is my
mission on Earth?

I'm sure you've asked yourself those questions, that’s why
you’re here. You’re also probably thinking: Find my purpose in 2
hours, that must be clickbait?

I know it sounds crazy, but yes, it's possible to get a rough idea
of your life purpose. You'll do this with a combination of
astrology, psychology, numerology and self-reflection with a
Japanese ancient concept, and then observe the patterns of
the findings.

The 2-hour process is divided into 5 steps:

1.     Do the Myers Briggs Personality Test
2. Find out your numerology chart
3.    Identify your midheaven in your birth chart
4.    Find your Ikigai
5.    Write your Life Purpose Summary

You can of course take a longer time if you want, but I
recommend 2 hours minimum.

Ready? Let’s get started!

1. Do the Myers Briggs Personality Test

One of the most well-known personality tests in the world, this

test is based on Carl Jung’s and Isabel Briggs Myers’
personality type theory. Take the test for free here and read
the result. Pay extra attention to what it says about your values,
frustrations and strengths.

2. Find out your Numerology Chart

Numerology is an ancient system based on numbers for

understanding the world and your life.

The perhaps most significant indicator in your life is your life

path number, as it tells you your strengths and weaknesses.

Your next step is to do this free numerology reading, and write

down your findings.

3. Identify your midheaven in your birth chart

Your birth chart says a lot about you.

It's a snapshot of the sky at the moment of your birth. It shows

the precise location of each of the planets and which
constellation they occupied.

There are many things you can analyse here, but for this
exercise we will only look at the Midheaven (MC).

It's not a sign or a planet, it's the highest point at the top of
your chart, as well as the southernmost high point above the
horizon at the moment of your birth.

You can find out your midheaven with this tool.

Now that you know your midheaven you can go here to find
out what your life calling is here.

If you still feel confused, you can simply do an internet search

for your midheaven sign.

4. Find your Ikigai

Ikigai is a beautiful Japanese concept meaning "a reason for

being" or your reason for jumping out of the bed in the
morning.

Your ikigai lies at the center of four interconnecting circles, all

crucial to your happiness:

Mission: What you love

Vocation: What the world needs
Profession: What you can get paid for
Passion: What you’re good at

Now make four big circles on a paper like above and go to the
next page to answer the questions.

Put the answers to the questions below in the correct circle:

What you love

If money wasn't a thing, how would you spend your time
and energy?

What you are good at

What are your skills and strengths?
What do people ask your help for?

What the world needs

What/who inspires you?
What makes you angry, frustrated about the world? Could
be things like animal cruelty, poverty, discrimination,
pollution etc.

Something you could get paid for

What do you feel especially suited to, given your abilities,
qualifications, experience, and personality?
What product or service could you sell?

Now find the overlap. Are there any similarities between the
circles? Write these down as well. These overlapping areas
are where you’ll find your ikigai.

5. My Life Purpose Summary

Now write down a summary of your findings from the 5

exercises. Which patterns do you see?

Congrats, you have just discovered your life purpose!

Save this PDF and do this exercise again in the future, as we

can have different missions in different stages of our life.
