Run, Bookmark and Schedule Reports on Sophos Firewall

In this simulation you will run a report and filter it to customize the view. You will then
create a bookmark for the report and schedule an executive report to be sent by
email.
Review the information at each stage and follow the instructions to advance to the
next step.

Start
 Login to London Gateway 1 as admin

 Select MONITOR & ANALYZE > Reports in the left-hand menu

 Select the Applications & web tab

 In the ‘Show’ field click on the drop-down field that displays User app risks & usage

 Select Web risks and usage

 In the ‘FROM’ field click 2020-06-26

 Select June 19

 Click Generate to update the report

 In the ‘Web categories’ section select Information Technology

 Click Bookmark to save this view

 In the ‘Bookmark name’ field enter IT Web Category
Click Save

 Here you can quickly access any saved bookmarks
Click Show Report settings

 In the ‘Name’ field enter Executive Report
In the ‘To Email Address’ field enter administrator@sophos.local then click Save
