Concept Paper

Mettlesome Organization is an association committed to combating the stigma attached with

persons, particularly children, who have poor self-esteem. Certain circumstances, like the
pandemic, have a detrimental impact on an individual's confidence in past few years. The
'Building and Reinforcing Confidence Seminar' is a program designed by this organization to
strengthen one's self-esteem and discuss current information regarding confidence.
The fundamental objective is to assist youngsters establish and strengthen their confidence so
that they may show off their distinctive characteristics and experience how optimistic it is to
be a confident creature.
This project of ours will encourage youngsters to believe in their selves and be confident of
who they are. We will help them in gaining confidence through certain actions and activities.
We will also give some tips in order for them to maximize their self-esteem and how to deal
the criticism that they might encounter since as we all know that judgements greatly affect
someone’s self-esteem.
The members of the organization agreed to hire a guest speaker in order for them to be
inspire and also to gain much knowledge about confidence. We also agreed to have a few
games and to give souvenirs to the children. The estimated budget needed for this project is
ranging from 1,500 Php – 2,000 Php. This include to the rate of the guest speaker, the
souvenirs, the materials used in promoting our advocacy.
