ABSTRACT
Children in hospitals deal with feelings of anxiety
and depression
An average of fifty to sixty children are diagnosed
with cancer each year in Hawaii
Families are greatly affected
Grief and pain
Support is needed

STATEMENT OF NEED
Child Life Specialists help people overcome their
fears and anxiety.
I want to interact and get to know the patients
Collaborate with Red Cross Club
Have people donate games, toys, books, etc.

04 Visit once or twice a week for at least 2 hours
