INTRODUCTION

I completed task 1 by setting up a work breakdown structure and detailed planning to get my
project ready for implementation. In this report, I will present the analysis and evaluation of the results
gathered from both primary and secondary research, in order to draw insightful and meaningful
conclusions. I will also share my approach in monitoring project progress using daily notes, and draw
valuable lessons for myself.

In addition, I will review the tools and techniques used in the research and data analysis process,
along with the pros and cons of each. Finally, I will evaluate my project management and implementation
process, including the activities carried out, the challenges I faced, and an overview of the success of the
project.

With the dedicated support of Mr. Vo Duc Hoang, I have completed this report in the most
efficient and accurate way. I thank him very much for guiding me from the smallest things in the exercise.

RESEARCH ANALYSIS (P5)

I. Tools to assist data collection

1. Interview
I have prepared a list of interview questions to collect user information: User reactions
when they hear that the Android operating system will function to limit the user's phone
time. and the user's expectations for the function of limited time using the phone on the
Android operating system. Then, from the user's answers to each question, I can analyze and
see the reaction and wishes of the users about the function of limiting phone usage time on
Android operating system.
The interview will have the opportunity to help us understand and analyze more deeply
the information gathered from the user because the time we spend with the user is quite
large. At the same time, interviewing helps us to limit the bias compared to the survey. But
the limitation of interviewing is that we must depend on the client selected for interview. If
the user is inaccessible and at the same time, if the user is absent during the interview, the
interview will not be completed as expected.

Evaluation: After using the method of personal interview to gather information about the
problem I have been researching, I feel that the interview is a popular, effective method that
people often use to gather data. Precise and objective. This approach can be implemented
relatively easily. Can be interviewed directly, or via internet video call interviews. And it has
produced the positive results I had expected.

2. Survey
For the survey I did create a form on Google Forms to send to people to collect data. I
use Google Form because it is easy to use for both me and the respondents, moreover it also
can synthesize survey results by chart, so it is very convenient for analyzing survey results.
Using the survey method has helped me synthesize all the responses of each user who
responded to the survey. I can compare these results or use coding to analyze the correlation
between two variables to find out how they are related to each other. But there is one point
to note when surveying is whether users respond according to their thoughts or what
influences them to choose that answer. This is very important because it directly affects my
analysis of the survey results.
Evaluation: Google form is really a good resource for creating surveys, simple to create
surveys and send them to anyone. It aggregates the results on one tab, which is easy to see
and easy to use. Also, Google form supports results analysis. Really very convenient.
II. Analysis and Evaluation result

1. Interview
When organizing the interview, there are two extremely important things that are who
the interviewer is and the main content of the interview. Firstly, I chose Pham Ngoc Tan for
an interview because he has a completely different point from ordinary clients. Because he is
a product introduction, that is why he has a lot of contact with technology products as well
as he can understand and understand the psychology and desires of customers, so choosing
him. That interview will help me get many meaningful suggestions. Next, the content of the
interview will revolve around the issue of how users react if they hear about the function of
limited time using the phone on the Android operating system and customers will expect
about new function.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

I have set up a list of questions and obtained the answers from Pham Ngoc Tan as follows:
Question 1: What do you think about our company's Android operating system?

Pham Phu Loc: “Android OS is a very good operating system today. It is always up to date
with the latest technologies, so it is well received by most users including fastidious users.
When using it always gives users the feeling of stable experience without sudden stops and
almost no errors. Above all, people can personalize their phones easily using the Android
operating system. In short, this operating system is extremely stable and meets all the needs
of users.”
Question 2: What do you think when we add a function that helps users manage their
phone time?

Pham Phu Loc: “I think it is a very attractive function for users because there are so many
users who are addicted to using phones nowadays. Phone addiction can cause a lot of health
problems especially for the eyes because when they use the phone, they always must look at
the screen of the phone from which they can meet. quite a lot of eye problems such as
nearsightedness or blurred vision. At the same time, they can use the phone without knowing
how long they have used the phone, there are many using the phone before going to bed and
accidentally this will make it difficult for them to fall asleep. Easily. If the Android
operating system has this function, it is a very effective solution for everyone, they can detox
using the phone.”
Question 3: What are you looking forward to in this new feature?

Pham Phu Loc: “I think this function will be able to help users set a time limit for their
applications with a maximum limit of 8 hours a day. At the same time, users can set a
schedule to remind the time to go to bed to avoid using the phone too long before going to
bed.
In addition, it is recommended to adjust the color of the screen by the hour so that it can
reduce the blue light in the evening because it will minimize the adverse effect on the user's
eyes.”
Question 4: What do you think when there are many opinions that this function can
collect user data and the company is selling user data to other companies?

Pham Phu Loc: “This is a painful problem because every product is encountered. I think
this function should be secure to avoid exposing user information and encrypting the input
and output information to ensure user trust.”

Question 5: Do you think this function will help you?

Pham Phu Loc: “I think it will help me a lot because it will help me minimize my phone
time and from there, I can do other things that are more useful than using my phone. Plus, it
can help me protect the health of my eyes.”

Question 6: Who do you think we should apply this feature to, or can we apply it to
everyone using the Android operating system?
Pham Phu Loc: “I think this function should be given to most users because for everyone
needs to control the use of the phone appropriately and avoid phone use addiction.”

Summary of interview results: After interviewing Pham Ngoc Tan, I got the results that
users are satisfied with the Android operating system, but it is being boring because the
company has not released an update in the past half year. Users are quite excited to hear that

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

the Android operating system will develop features to help users manage time using the
phone. Because, users are addicted to using their phones and they are looking for ways to
reduce daily phone usage by themselves. If the Android operating system can help them with
this, it will be very good. In addition, users believe that reducing phone usage time will help
your health better. At the same time, this function should be applied in all ages because
anyone can be addicted to using the phone.

2. Survey
First, to do the survey I need to prepare a set of questions to send to the user for them to
answer and send the results back to me for me to analyze and evaluate.
Survey questionnaire:

Question 1: What your name?

Question 2: How old are you?
Question 3: What are you doing the job?
Question 4: Are you using the Android operating system?
Question 5: How long do you use your phone for a day?
Question 6: What do you usually use your phone for?
Question 7: Have you been affected by health by using your phone too much?
Question 8: Have you heard of the Digital Wellbeing concept?
Question 9: Have you ever used the app or anything to limit your phone usage?
Question 10: Would you be interested in the Android operating system that has a phone time
limit feature?
Question 11: Do you think that limiting your phone time will help you improve your health?
Question 12: Do you want to participate in the trial version of this function to limit the time
you use the phone?
Question 13: If we apply this feature do you want to continue using the Android operating
system?

After surveying, I got a total of 33 results from customers. Next, I will analyze and
evaluate the results obtained from the client.

Figure 1 - Age to participate in the survey

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

Figure 2 - Are survey participants using the Android operating system?

First, I will be able to identify the respondents: Most respondents are 18 to 30 years old,
and 18 to 45 years old. % and the remainder divided equally by age groups such as people
under 18, people aged 45 to 60, people aged 60 to 75 and people aged 75 and over. Next,
I can determine that 78.8% of the survey participants are Android users, from which I can
see that this survey is attractive to people. people using Android operating system. In
addition, up to 21.2% are people using other types of operating systems, from here we
can see that this survey also attracts a large part of people who are using other operating
systems.

Figure 3 - User's daily phone usage

The survey results that I have showed that most of users are addicted to using the phone
because only 18.2% of the survey participants used the phone for less than 4 hours in the
other day. over 4 hours a day. Of which, 27.3% of people used the phone for 4 to 8 hours,
33.3% used the phone for 8 to 12 hours and up to 21.2% used the phone for 12 hours. in
one day. If they constantly use the phone that much, they have a higher risk of developing
certain diseases of the eyes, facial skin, and knuckles.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

Figure 4 - Has the user ever been affected by their health?

I have noticed a result that users have had health effects from using too many phones yet
that 57.6% of users have had health effects due to their frequent use. phone too much in a
day.

Figure 5 - Have you ever tried to limit your phone usage time?

The results found that 30.3% of respondents were looking for solutions like apps or
anything to help them limit their phone usage. too much of the day.

Figure 6 - User interest in the time limit function

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

Figure 7 - Do users think limiting their usage time can help them have better health?

The results I found that 90.9% of users participating in the survey are interested in the
function that helps them reduce daily phone usage time and reasons for users to enjoy.
that they believe that reducing their cell phone usage will help them be in better health.
To further exploit the value of the survey, I will encode the information that can be
encoded in the result table obtained to analyze the relationship between the two variables.
The coding rule was given by me in the first report.

Figure 8 - Correlation between cell phone usage time and likelihood of having certain diseases

The first thing I noticed is that there is a correlation between the two variables, which is
the variable the time users spend on the phone in the day and the proportion of users
who have been affected by health due to too much phone use. These two variables are
proportional to each other, if the time the user uses the user's phone more and more, the
percentage of users with some diseases will increase accordingly.
Next, I noticed the correlation between the two variables, which is the variable that
users have been affected by health due to too much phone use and the variable is that
users have found applications that help them reduce phone usage. The results show that
if users have experienced health problems from using too much cell phone, they will be
more likely to find support solutions that help them reduce their phone usage. for a day
in order to improve their health from getting worse.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

Figure 9 - Correlation between people who have had health problems and their search
for solutions that improve their cell phone use too much

Figure 10 - Correlation between people who have had health effects and their
consent to reduced usage time will improve health.

Finally, I found a correlation between the two variables, which is to turn people who have
had health problems with the variable that they believe that limiting the time of daily use
of the phone will help their health better. Between these two variables there is a
proportional similarity that if the proportion of people who have had a health problem due
to their excessive use of cell phones, they will be more likely to believe that time is
limited. Using it will help them have better health.

Summary of interview results: Most survey participants are young people aged between
18 and 30 years old and reach most customers from Android users to those who are using
the operating system. other. At the same time, users are addicted to using the phone and
they usually use the phone for more than 4 hours a day. But they are all looking for ways
to reduce phone use too much because they believe that reducing phone time will help
them have better health. Finally, users are very excited to experience the limited time
using the phone on the Android operating system on both the trial and the official version.

RECOMMENDATIONS (P6)

What your name?

How old are you?
What are you doing the job?
Are you using the Android operating system?
How long do you use your phone for a day?
What do you usually use your phone for?
Have you been affected by health by using your phone too much?
Have you heard of the Digital Wellbeing concept?
Have you ever used the app or anything to limit your phone usage?
Would you be interested in the Android operating system that has a phone time limit feature?
Do you think that limiting your phone time will help you improve your health?
Do you want to participate in the trial version of this function to limit the time you use the
phone?
If we apply this feature do you want to continue using the Android operating system?

Then I have a conclusion like this teacher:

Research and analyze the user audience and their needs to be able to create the right products.
Use accessibility standards, such as WCAG standards, during product development.
Test and ensure that the product is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities, by
performing accessibility tests.
Provide complete and clear product manual to help users understand how to use the product easily.
Actively listen to user feedback and improve the product based on that feedback to ensure that the
product meets the user's needs.
The majority of survey respondents are young people between the ages of 10 and 30, indicating that
the main audience for technology use is young people.
Facebook is the most popular social network among those surveyed, with the highest usage rate.
Tiktok is also a pretty popular social network. This shows that users are looking for entertainment
and social connections on these platforms.
The number of people using phones accounts for the highest percentage, while laptops and desktop
computers account for a lower percentage. This shows that mobile phones have become an
indispensable part of people's lives.
Lien Quan is the most favorite game among the surveyed games, showing that the entertainment
demand of users is very high.
Survey participants typically use technology devices from about 1 to 4 hours a day, showing that the
demand for technology devices is increasing.
People are exposed to technology from a very early age, with many children already using technology
devices from a very young age.
From these conclusions, we can see the strong development of technology in human life. The use of
technology devices is becoming an indispensable part of our daily lives. This also poses many
challenges and opportunities for technology equipment manufacturers and traders in this field.
With the above information, I can improve the sales methods and products sold on my computer sales
management software, and know the needs of customers when using the products. Our technology
sells specifically as computers, laptops and other technology devices for business use or for other
purposes.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

Based on the above conclusions, I give some recommendations, I should use other technologies with
a higher optimal level to develop my software, and require the company's employees to have
knowledge of information technology and ways to deal with machine problems, with the amount we
give in section P3 of the report in ASM1, customers will receive a monthly profit of 50 million VND.
So, after just a few months, the company can get back the initial capital if it implements exactly what
we have given. If the company wants to increase profits, then develop a website to sell. online to
reach many customers across the country and reach many of our young people today. With our
publications, I feel our system will be strongly developed in the coming days and be successful.
Therefore, their products should be developed and put on the market as soon as possible.

3. Support tools in the project

3.1. Trello:
Trello is an online project management tool used to plan and manage tasks in a
project. It is designed to support teamwork and provides an intuitive and easy-to-use
interface for project management.
Using Trello, we can create boards and lists to categorize tasks to be done. Each task
will be assigned a separate tag, allowing team members to easily track its progress.
Tags can also be attached to documents, images, links and comments to help smooth
teamwork.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

3.1.1.1. Task to do:
The "To do" phase is the place to list the tasks that need to be done in the project and
break them down into smaller tasks.
Create a table with the task "Create work breakdown structure WBS" to perform.
Then create the Define project scope, Define work packages, Identify the required
resources, Schedule and manage time work tags in the list and I assign a
distinguishing color to prioritize the task, the "Create work breakdown structure
WBS" tag " is assigned yellow.
I assign performers to each card and set deadlines for those tasks

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

3.1.1.2. Doing:

The "Doing" table contains tasks being worked on by team members. We will regularly
update the progress of the tasks in this table to make sure everyone on the team is aware
of the current status of the project.
For the work that is being done, just double-click a job that you want to do and drag it
to the pending box and that's it.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

3.1.1.3. Done:
The "Completed" sheet is a useful tool for assessing a project's progress and ensuring that
completed tasks meet the project's quality standards. Here, we detail the jobs that have been
completed, and make sure that each task is evaluated for quality before moving on to this
table.
Using these boards, we can easily monitor the progress of the project, ensure that the tasks
are completed on schedule and meet the customer's requirements. With a dark blue sticker,
we easily distinguish what is completed and unfinished, making our project management
process more efficient and reducing risk.
Then for finished work, it is the same, you also drag the completed taskbar over to the Done
page and add a blue sticker.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

❖ Conclude
Trello is an efficient project management tool that helps my team divide work,
monitor progress, and manage projects professionally. With the use of the To Do, Doing,
and Done tabs, your team can easily manage tasks in a PC software development project
and ensure progress is made on time. This tool helps to increase team productivity and
improve project efficiency.
3.2 GitHub
GitHub is an online source code hosting service for software projects. It allows
developers to create, manage and share their source code with others. GitHub provides
a web interface that allows users to create and manage repositories to house their
source code. Repositories can be publicly shared or restricted, and developers can
work on the same repository. GitHub provides many useful features for software
development, including version management tools, bug tracking systems, and
interaction with other services such as CI/CD, code reviews, and prompts. GitHub is
one of the most popular platforms for source code hosting and management in the
software development community.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

3.1 GitHub implementation in the project:
In our computer sales management software development project, GitHub has proven to
be an extremely useful tool for improving team productivity and efficiency. By using GitHub's
branching mechanism, we can easily manage and coordinate work among team members easily.
Each member will be assigned work on their sub-branch and update the updated document
directly on their sub-branch. The main branch is the place where information and documents
from the sub-branches are aggregated, forming a complete system for project implementation.
We are assigned the task of managing the main branch to member Nguyen Duc Luu and he
will edit and merge the sub branches from the rest of the team to ensure synchronization and
continuity in the project.
Here the first thing I would do is add my team members to Manage Access so that everyone
will have access to the files and code that I have posted.

Performed Student: Pham Phu Loc

In this section, once clicked, it will show the information that the main setup has posted
including: html, css, ...
And team members will be able to reference and copy the code in that section and test it.
Please check if the code is wrong and fix it as soon as you find out.
3.1 Next below, similarly, will be the 3 code posts of the remaining 3 members of the
group:

After applying Trello and GitHub to the project of developing a computer sales management
system, the development team has reaped many benefits.
First, using Trello helps the development team manage work more clearly and efficiently.
Tasks are broken down into small Trello cards, making it easier to allocate and assign tasks
to each member. Moreover, Trello also helps the team track work progress quickly and
accurately, helping the team take appropriate measures to complete the project on time.
In addition, using GitHub also brings a lot of benefits to the development team. GitHub
makes source code management, collaboration, and version control easier. This helps the
team to work on the same code in a more synchronized and efficient manner. In addition,
using GitHub also helps the team better check and secure the source code, ensuring that no
one can illegally access or change the source code.
In summary, applying Trello and GitHub to the project of developing a computer sales
management system is a smart decision of the development team. These two tools have made
it easier and more efficient for the team to manage work and source code, while ensuring
security and synchronization for the entire project.
4. Give evaluation of the project result.
After the implementation of the project, the project to build a computer sales
management system has achieved remarkable achievements and is considered a success.
Team members have worked hard and creatively, applying supporting tools like Trello and
GitHub to effectively manage and run their work.
By using Trello, the team can easily divide the tasks, make the work manager more
clear, and ensure the progress of the mining development as planned. GitHub makes source
code management, version control, and collaboration more synchronized and efficient.
These tools have made the development process of project deployment faster and more
efficient.
However, during the development process, the team also faced a variety of difficulties
and challenges such as adapting to customer requirements, facing risks and insignificant
changes in the process. deploy development. But thanks to the focus and efforts of the team
members, these difficulties were successfully overcome.
In summary, the project of building a computer sales management system is a good example
of applying effective management tools and methods to achieve the set goals and schedule. The
success of this project is the result of the hard work, focus and creativity of the entire development
team.
5. The experience is gathered
Participating in a project is an excellent way to develop important skills such as teamwork,
time management, problem-solving, and collaboration with other team members. Throughout
my involvement in a project, I gained valuable experiences and learned the following lessons:
Effective Time Management: Working on projects helped me to develop my time
management skills. I learned how to break down work into smaller phases, set deadlines, and
create schedules to ensure timely project completion.
Teamwork skills: Being a part of a project team allowed me to learn how to work
collaboratively and interact with other members effectively. I gained insights on how to
actively listen, present my ideas, collaborate on solutions, and resolve conflicts.
Self-respect and responsibility: Completing a project requires self-motivation and a sense
of responsibility to ensure that work is completed to the highest standard and on time. I have
learned how to self-manage, take responsibility, and evaluate my performance while fostering
confidence among team members.
Using Support Tools: During my time in the project, I gained experience using essential
support tools such as Trello and Github. I learned how to use these tools to manage work and
communicate effectively with other team members.
In summary, participating in a project provides an invaluable opportunity for individuals

to develop essential skills that can be transferred to different situations. These skills include
time management, teamwork, self-respect and responsibility, and the use of support tools.
Furthermore, project development teaches individuals the significance of collaboration,
problem-solving, and working together towards achieving a common goal.
EVALUATIONS (M4)

I. Evaluate the success of the project according to the plan I set out
When I do project management work, I find that the success of the functional
development project that helps the user to manage time while using the phone is well
above the norm.
I assert that because of the key important issues of the project, I have meticulously
planned and managed it strictly throughout the operation. The first is about capital and the
use of capital because every project is active and requires money, if there is no money, the
project will be difficult to implement and maintain. At the same time, it is very difficult to
manage the amount of money for each item, requiring accurate calculation without
causing redundancy or lack. Therefore, I have identified and planned the amount of money
to be spent on each job in the project in detail, effectively, clearly and transparently. This
contributes to an increase in the success rate of the project.
Followed by an indispensable step is the scheduling of project activities to project.
Without this, the project will work quite vague and at the same time while the activity will
cause confusion for other members that they will not write what they need to do and the
timeline to complete is when Come on. In addition, the failure to divide the work will
cause the cost calculation for the problematic work, which greatly affects the project. That
is why I made a detailed plan by creating charts like WBS, WBS explanatory table, Gantt
chart, this made me able to navigate and know which work is important to do and what is
not too important. This contributes to an increase in the success rate of the project.
With any project, no matter how calculated, there are always unpredictable risks. So, I
did an assessment of the possible risks and sought to deal with them in a way that
minimized the loss possible. This contributes to an increase in the success rate of the
project.
Next, in order to do a project, I need to have good partners, so I personally select
people with experience and high professional skills to join the project. Next, I divide the
work according to each person's strengths and weaknesses so that they can maximize their
capabilities. This contributes to a rather high success rate of the project.
The most important thing is that I did a project feasibility study before doing the
project. After studying and evaluating the results obtained, this project is completely
feasible at an average level or higher. Finally, the confidentiality of the project, because
information, documents are the best things to be researched, if it is exposed to the outside,
it will greatly affect the project.

2. The things I have done in the plan

First, I will evaluate the project's development process. In my opinion, this project has
had a pretty good and complete implementation process from research to project
implementation. I first studied the success rate of a project by doing primary and
secondary research. Primary research gives me an important source of information from
clients such as their interest in limited time on the phone and what they expect from it at
the same time. Next, I do secondary research so that I can answer the research questions
posed by myself in a precise and appropriate way. After studying the feasibility of the
project if it is feasible, I will plan to implement the project according to what I have
researched. I apply the feasibility study of the project before implementing the project to
see if the project is feasible or not, then it will add time to the project, but it is of value. it

gives a great deal to the project. That is why I think that I apply the project development
process like that is completely correct. If we remove the feasibility study step of the
project, then we do the project a bit blindly and we will probably run into the case of
creating the product but not being well received by the user.
Next, I will evaluate the tools that have supported me in the project implementation.
The first is WBS, WBS is a diagram showing the work in the project. Using WBS for
project implementation has made it possible for me to break the work into branches from
big branches to small branches. This helps me to know what to do to complete the project
and at the same time it helps me not miss any work to be done.
After WBS, I applied a Gantt chart design. Using a Gantt chart in the project will help
me see what each job revolves around the project and at what time it will need to be done.
Plus, it helps me to do the project in a regular way and avoids messing with work in a
timeline and it helps me finish the project on time.
After every week of research, I always create a Logbook, using the Logbook will help
me record the completed, unfinished, risks or not, whether there are problems and
solutions. Resolving difficulties, identifying things to do in the coming week and joining
the Logbook will help me assess what stage the project is in.
Next, in the user survey I used the Google Form tool to create a form. Using Google
Forms makes it easy for me to create a form, and at the same time it can be easily sent to
people in a variety of ways such as via email address or via form's URL. At the same time
it creates professionalism and accuracy in the survey process and Google Form helps me
to create a data table with user responses and above all it automatically creates charts
according to each data type, This saves me a lot of time as well as analyzing the results
obtained from the users.
In a nutshell, using these tools has helped me save time on projects as well as help me
in controlling my work from the smallest jobs. At the same time, it allows me to evaluate
myself how my work is going and whether the project is working on schedule or not.

3. What are problems when implementing the plan

Although the project is well done and the success rate is quite high, there are still some
problems in the project. The first thing is the project schedule, the difficulty I have is how
to accurately and fully define the work to be done, as well as what I need to set the start
and end time. promote it. It confused me and it took me a long time to finish it. Next is the
survey, due to the limited time to conduct the survey, I did not collect information from
the identified subjects from the beginning. This partly affects the feasibility analysis of the
project. Next, I had difficulty analyzing and evaluating the data collected from users. I
have had difficulty in how to fully apply that precious information. Despite having
difficulties, I still try my best to perform the job in the best way and not be behind
schedule.

CONCLUSION
In this report, I have analyzed data collected from primary and secondary studies to draw
meaningful and accurate conclusions. Besides, I have done project monitoring using project
diary and have learned valuable lessons for myself. I also evaluated the tools and techniques
used during the research. Finally, I summarized the implementation of my project,
mentioned the challenges faced and evaluated the success of the project.
