Subject: LETTER OF APPOINTMENT AS REGULAR EMPLOYEE

We are pleased to confirm your regular employment with our company Bosun’s Crew Property
Management Inc. , under the following terms and conditions:

1. TITLE/POSITION : You shall be appointed as General Service Associate

2. DUTIES & : You shall faithfully and diligently serve the Company and carry out
RESPONSIBILITIES the duties and responsibilities of your position and such other
duties and responsibilities as directed by the Company and its duly
authorized officers.

3. PLACE OF WORK : Your place of work shall be at Northpoint Corporate Tower, 7502
Bagtikan corner Guijo, Barangay San Antonio, Makati City

4. RATE : Your salary shall be payable every 5th & 20th of each month at the
following rate:

Basic Daily Rate Php 527.00 / ECOLA 10.00_____

BENEFITS

a. SERVICE : You shall be entitled to a Five (5) Days Service Incentive Leave (SIL).
INCENTIVE LEAVE The schedules of leave shall be mutually agreed upon and shall be
subject to circumstances which may arise in the Company.
b. ADDITIONAL : Other additional leaves required by Labor Law such as but not
LEAVES limited to:

1. Solo Parent Leave - seven (7) working days every year shall
be granted to any solo parent employee who has rendered
service of at least one (1) year
2. Violence Against Women Leave- entitled to take a paid
leave of absence up to ten (10) days in addition to other
paid leaves under the Labor Code

c. SALARY : Salary adjustment is at Company discretion / prerogative. This shall


ADJUSTMENT be based on performance as per proper evaluation.

6. TERMINATION OF : The Company reserves the right to terminate your appointment at


APPOINTMENT any time without notice should you be guilty of misdemeanor,
misconduct, negligence of any breach of the terms and conditions
of this contract.
A violation of any terms and conditions of this contract shall
constitute a ground for termination. This right or remedy of the
Company is without prejudice to other legal rights or remedies that
may be availed of by the Company.
Either party may terminate this contract due to medical grounds,
i.e. terminal disease or illness suffered by the employee requiring
long periods of rest.

7. GENERAL : Other terms of employment not stated herein shall be constructed


in accordance with the Staff Handbook.
You shall not, at any time during the currency of this contract,
directly or indirectly without prior written consent of the Company

engage or interest yourself, whether for reward of gratuitously, in


any work or other business, in respect of your duties to the
Company.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY : You shall not disclose or divulge at any time, either during your
CLAUSE employment with Bosun’s Crew Property Management or
thereafter, any secrets, transactions, or information relative to
Company’s business, which may come within your knowledge or
possession in the course of your employment by the Company and
which should not be disclosed, divulged or made public, save in the
course of your duties.

You will not at any time or in any manner, either directly or


indirectly, use for your personal benefit o , or divulge, disclose, or
communicate in any manner any information that is proprietary to
Bosun’s Crew Property Management Inc..You shall protect such
information and treat it as strictly confidential.

9. NON-COMPETE : For a period of (2) two years after the effective date of this
PROVISION agreement and from the date of your separation, You will not
directly or indirectly engage in any business that competes with
Bosun’s Crew Property Management Inc. This covenant shall apply
to the geographical area that includes the area within the
Philippines.

10. NON- : For a period of (2) two years after the effective date of this
SOLICITATION agreement and from the date of your separation, You will not
PROVISION directly or indirectly solicit business from, or attempt to sell, license
or provide the same or similar products or services as are now
provided to, any customer or client of Bosun’s Crew Property
Management Inc. Further for period of (2) two years after the
effective date of this agreement, You will not indirectly or directly
solicit, induce or attempt to induce any employee of Bosun’s Crew
Property Management Inc. to terminate his or her employment
with Bosun’s Crew Property Management Inc.

11. PERFORMANCE : A performance review shall be made every June and December.

TAXES
You shall be responsible of the payment of income tax and other tax
liabilities arising from your of employment with Bosun’s Crew Property
Management Inc.

Please sign and return the duplicate copy of this letter in confirmation of your understanding and
acceptance of the foregoing terms and conditions of your appointment.
