TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that ALLAN LOPEZ owner of Fun Fair (Peryahan)

located at Dinganen, Buldon, Maguindanao del Norte has been inspected by the
Barangay officials and found to be compliant with the Barangay ordinances and
regulations regarding fair operation.

The stalls and equipments of the Fun Fair (Peryahan) has been observed to
adhere to the standards set by the Barangay in terms of cleanliness, sanitation,
safety, and fair trade practices. The owners and operators have demonstrated
responsible business conduct and have shown commitment to maintain good
relations with the community.

This certification is valid until May 26, 2023, subject to renewal upon re-
inspection by the Barangay officials. Any violation of Barangay ordinances and
regulations during the validity of this certification may result in its revocation.

Given this 10th of May, 2023 at the office of the Punong Barangay, Barangay
Dinganen, Buldon, Maguindanao del Norte.
