SCHOOL LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC): TEACHER INDUCTION PROGRAM

To: Polomolok Creek Integrated School Newly-Hired Teachers and Municipal

School Board (MSB)

1. Polomolok Creek Integrated School will conduct a half-day SLAC on

Teacher Induction Program (TIP): Strengthening School Connections: Building
Relationships with the Wider Community on April 14, 2023 (2:00 pm- 4:00 pm)
at SBM Room.

2. The objectives are to improve the instructional practices and to help

teachers in their first years understand and effectively integrate into school and
community cultures; and ultimately to improve pupil learning.

3. The participants of the SLAC are 8 newly-hired teachers, 2 seasoned

teachers and 5 MSB teachers.

4. Food and other expenses incurred during the activities shall be charged
against the 2023 School MOOE, all subject to the usual accounting and
auditing rules and regulations.

5. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum to all concerned is desired.
