Local Council has a responsibility to look into Construction Building Project if the pollution/
noise causing harmful/stressful to health or a nuisance which called statutory nuisance. The
council must issue a "noise abatement" order if it determines that someone causing a
statutory noise nuisance. This outlines what the offender must do to stop producing a noisy
nuisance in order to avoid future legal repercussions. If someone violates noise abatement
order from their residence they can be fined up to $5,000. If not, the only option left is to
research the private nuisance remedy and request an injunction to end the annoyance and
prevent it from happening again.
