    IV. What are the benefit derivable from investing in development programmes?

    RESEARCH HYPOTHESIS

    HYPOTHESES I
    H0: There is no relationship between staff development and
    organisation productivity
    H1: There is a relationship betweem staff development and
    organisation productivity
    HYPOTHESIS II
    H0: Weakness of staff that is not well handled does not affect
    organisation productivity.
