1 O'ring installation Install o'ring in TXV bulb
Confirm O'ring is fully
seated in the TXV valve
groove

Once cap is removed

Use two wrenches to remove from flowrator comfit the
2 Flowrator cap removal
cap on the flowrator o'ring is seated in the
flowrator

Place flowrator cap on liquid line,

Insure cap is inserted
3 Flowrator cap slide all the way to bottom
from the brazed end
starting from brazed end

Double check o'ring still

Attach liquid line and hand
4 Attach liquid line to txv in the TXV valve before
tighten the nut
securing liquid line

Retrieve fixture from the rack.

Models numbers are marked on
Verify the torque sheet
each fixture.
log at the start of the run
Place flowrator in the fixture and
5 Place flowrater in fixture lock it down using the clamp
Make sure nuts are
Use a verify torque wrench to
tighten to spec before it
tighten nut
goes to next station.
Repeat for the nut next to the
liquid line
