Ladies and gentlemen, it is my pleasure to introduce our keynote speaker for

today, Marilou Egagamao Nicor. Marilou is a licensed and registered

psychometrician, with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Xavier University-
Ateneo de Cagayan, and an ongoing Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from
the University of Mindanao Main Campus in Davao City.

Marilou is a dedicated professional who is passionate about helping others. She

has undergone extensive training in various areas, including Dialectical Behavior
Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, and
Motivational Interviewing. She also recently attended the 57th Annual National
Psychological Association of the Philippines Convention, where she gained
valuable insights and knowledge from other experts in the field.

In terms of work experience, Marilou served as a Test Specialist at the Department

of Health-Drug Abuse Treatment and Rehabilitation Center in Bukidnon from
December 2019 to May 2022. Prior to that, she worked as a Talent Acquisition
Assistant at Del Monte Philippines Inc. Marilou also makes time for community
involvement, having served as a Responder for the 3rd Health Emergency
Response Operation Team of DOH-CHDNM in the Province of Dinagat Islands, as
well as a Counselor for the Kumusta Ka Hotline of the DOH Region X.

Marilou's dedication, passion, and expertise make her an exceptional keynote
