Before Use:
Insert the battery to enable the scales.

Using The Scales

Thread the tether under the luggage handle. Loop the tether up and thread the
scales through it. Pull the scale to secure the luggage handle in place ready for
weighing.

Press the button to turn on the scales without lifting so the scale zeros itself.
Press the button again to cycle through the available mass scales. Once you
have selected which scale to use, lift the luggage that you are weighing by the
scale only. Keep the scale as level as possible for a more accurate reading. The
screen will flash once and ‘HOLD’ will show on the screen, hold the luggage for a
few more seconds then put it down. The screen will display the value of the mass
weighed for a few seconds then returns to zero. Press the for a few seconds to
turn the scales off.

Changing The Battery

To change the battery first slide the battery cover back and lift off. The battery is
kept in place by a spring contact. Push the battery forward then lift it to remove it
from the bay. Insert a replacement CR2032 coin battery with the ‘+’ facing up and
replace the cover.
