PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERS (PRESCRIBED AMOUNT OF PAID-UP CAPITAL)

NOTIFICATION 2005

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 20(1)(b) of the Professional Engineers

Act, the Minister for National Development hereby makes the following Notification:

Citation and commencement

1. This Notification may be cited as the Professional Engineers (Prescribed Amount of
Paid-Up Capital) Notification 2005 and shall come into operation on 1st December 2005.

Prescribed amount of paid-up capital

2. For the purposes of section 20(1)(b) of the Act, the prescribed amount of paid-up
capital shall be $500,000.
