Stage 1: Division of Labour


1. How do you ensure that your recruitment process is fair and unbiased?
2. Where do you post your job postings, and how do you ensure they reach a diverse pool of
candidates?
3. How do you manage candidate data and ensure that it’s secure and confidential?
4. How are new hires trained and integrated into the organization, basically the onboarding
process
5. What parameters do you use for final selection of a candidate?
6. How do you communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, and what
information do you provide?
7. Can you provide examples of how you have improved the recruitment process in response to
feedback from candidates and stakeholders
8. How do you rate the effectiveness of your recruitment process, and what metrics do you use to
measure success?

Stage 2: Coordination Mechanism


1. How many different verticals/teams you co-ordinate with on a daily basis?
2. Who is immediate contact for getting any approval or any other work you are stuck with?
3. What is turn-around time for the reply/feedbacks that you ask about?
4. How frequently you have your reviews and works assessed by your management?
5. On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your work to be independent, without involving other
departments? 1 being the least and 1o being the highest.
Stage 3: Hierarchy
1. Who reviews your work/who writes your year-end performance goals?
2. What is the timeline for promotions in your department?
3. Who is the highest decision-making authority in your team?
4. Are you in charge of multiple roles?
5. How does your organization ensure that employees at each level are treated fairly and
equitably?

Stage 4: Boundary
6. What are the values of your organization?
7. What is the level of transparency maintained in your organisation?
8. Is your manager supportive on both personal & professional level?
9. Do you know about the code of conduct of your organization?
10. Are you aware about the Do’s & Dont’s of your organization?

Stage 5: Informal Relationships


1. How often do you meet your colleagues outside the organization?
2. Do you celebrate religious festivals in your organization?
3. How do these informal relationships impact the work environment and culture of your
organization?
4. What are the Communication/Discussion you have with your manager apart from work?
5. In your opinion do you feel your organization’s formal policies and procedures are followed
despite the existence of informal relationships?
