1.0 Description

Service: Provision of Employer of Record Services in UAE (Abu Dhabi)

2.0 Overview

Client is looking for a reliable partner to provide Employer of Record services in UAE. Morph Employment Services is a well-
established EOR service provider in UAE and is capable of services in a speedy & efficient manner.

3.0 Confidentiality

Both parties shall keep the terms and conditions of this quotation strictly confidential and shall not disclose them to any third
party unless otherwise approved in writing.
4.0 Pricing

4.1. Pricing Methodology (all prices are in AED) – Document Controllers – Indian & Pakistani Nationals

Advance Costs (to be paid in advance of an Employee’s onboarding or at their renewal)

Work permit and associated cost: New Visa Cost (Inside Country): Renewal required every 2 year’s. All
AED 6,750 visa costs to be charged at actuals &
upfront and sufficient payment proof’s
New Visa Cost (Outside Country):
to be provided for the same.
AED 6,850

Medial insurance Range of policies available – AED One time payment, to be done at the
1,250 starting of the project. Cost might vary
as per the plan opted for.

Monthly Chargeable Rate Inclusions

Employee Salary AED 4,000


*Salary is defined as the declared Gross Salary including basic, housing
allowance, transport allowance and other allowances (split as per the Client’s
request)

Administration Fee USD 350 (per employee/per month)

Workmen Compensation, Professional AED 382 (per employee/per month)


Indemnity & WPS

Additional Costs (to be billed to the client as and when they become due)

End of Service Entitlement At actuals All calculations and provisions will be as


per UAE Labour Law.

Annual Leave Ticket At actuals At actuals or as per the client’s policy

Sick Leave Salary At actuals All calculations and provisions will be as


per UAE Labour Law.

4.2 Administration Fee Inclusions

Monthly Fee quoted herein include the following:

• Complete outsourced Employee employment lifecycle management – inc. on and off-boarding, on-going sponsorship,
HR administration & payroll services etc.

4.3 Administration Fee Exclusions

• Mobilization airfare – Client is responsible for arranging the mobilization of an Employee if they’re being hired form
overseas
• Any fines that need to be paid on behalf of the Employee at the time of their on and off-boarding.
• All repatriation expenses
• Covid-19 PCR test or COVID related costs

5.0
Payment Schedule & Commercial Conditions Schedule:

• Monthly invoice and the payment of the salary to the Employee(s) will be as per the ‘Salary & Invoice Schedule’
mentioned above. If MORPH disputes any items on any invoice in whole or in part, MORPH shall notify the First Party
within a period of five (5) days from the receipt of the invoice, failing which it shall be deemed as accepted.

• Morph shall charge the client one (1) month security deposit equivalent to the each employee’s salary & administration
fees. This shall be paid upfront at the starting of the project.

5.2 Commercial Conditions:

1. Prices will remain valid for 30 days, from the date of this correspondence.

2. Client will conduct their own recruitment and selection process, and Morph will assume no responsibility for the
selection of any proposed outsourced employee.

3. It is clearly understood & agreed that Morph shall act only as an Employer of Record for the employees recruited by
the client and the complete “Control & Supervision” of the employees shall be the clients responsibility. Morph shall
not be responsible for any damages caused by actions of the employees.

4. In cases where overtime is applicable, it will come into effect when an Employee’s working hours exceed 48 hours in a
week.
Note: Working hours are the total number of working days (excluding holidays) x 8 hours/day.
Overtime hours are any working hours that exceed 8 hours/day on normal days and 6 hours/day during the holy
month of Ramadan. Overtime pay will be calculated as per UAE Labor Law.

5. In case of an increase in any Ministry Fees such as visa costs, at the time of execution, all additional costs will be borne
by the Client at actuals.

6. The Chargeable Rate is to be paid by Client no less than 10 working days before the Employee’s agreed pay date.

7. The above fees do not include VAT, which will be applied to the invoice as per UAE regulations.
