Contamination is the presence of a constituent,


impurity, or other undesirable element that spoils, corrupt,
makes unfit, or infects a material or environment. 

Food Contamination states the presence of impurity on
food which makes it unfit for consumption.

How to identify them?

Food contamination is when food is contaminated with


microorganisms or substances and eating it could result in
foodborne disease. It could result to any undesired change
in the natural colour, taste or texture of food items which
makes it unfit for consumption.
