Vehicle Scrapping Certificate

I am certifying that the vehicle [ Bajaj pulser ], with the Vehicle Identification Number [HR 51 P 3062
], is for scrap purposes and will no longer be in operation. This vehicle was owned by [TARUN
LAKHANPAL] Aadhaar card no of the vehicle owner is 5059 3558 1441 and was scrapped on
[08.05.2023].

The vehicle was scrapped in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, and all necessary
documentation and permits were obtained. The vehicle was rendered permanently inoperable by
the removal of all vital components, including the engine, transmission, and drivetrain.

I confirm that the vehicle has been disposed of in an environmentally responsible manner and that
all hazardous materials, such as fluids and batteries, have been properly disposed of in accordance
with applicable regulations.
