Accounting Officer
Roles and Responsibilities:
Administration:
Participate in administrative activities for the proper functioning of the representative office.
Provide support on activities of Admin-finance teams (organization of meetings, seminars and
collective events, Visa procedure,)
Accounting:
Bank account and financial transfers
cash advance requests & clearance management
Encoding in the ledger, Excel spreadsheet, and accounting software
Preparation of data for financial report and of supporting documents for audits (arrangement of
expenditure bill)
Control conformity of accounting documents.
Make payments.
Asset management
Support to ensure Tax and Social security are declared and paid in due time.
Monitor/control treasury and validate its reliability.
Responsible for purchases
Manage ad-hoc projects/duties/tasks as assigned from management.
