During discussion I have learned that the patient file should be in an
easy comprehensible language with detailed management. Also,
medical abbreviation should be avoided unless it is well-known and
globally validated. Moreover, electronic medical records has numerous
pros comparing to cons, and would make the health system more
effective.
Knowing the structure and the content of the patient file is an
important subject to me; as in the next year an intern, I’m going to be
responsible recording the files.
In my pretest I got 9/10, comparing of my post test which was 10/10.
Even though I got high score, I have learned more details and general
instruction about patient files.
