Sweet Home

I must admit, I am not a big fan of horror and fantasy films,

but this series really kept me up at night and i couldn’t stop
watching it because of its suspense and the interesting story
and personality of the main character.
The fact that the main character was depressed and suicidal
made me really curious in the beginning because I didn’t have
any idea of how was he going to cope with the stress, the
physical and the mental damage, but as the episodes passed,
even if the monsters and the challenges were getting harder
and harder, he wanted more and more to live.
Plus, I was able to see different types of people reacting to
an apocalyptic scenario. I think this series is unique because of
its diversity. We even had couples, lovers and broken hearts.
There were lots of plots such as a girl killing her own mother
because she transformed in a monster after her mother had
saved her because she didn’t know she was one of them, but
the main plot was in episode 9 where they surprisingly escaped
by finding in the last moment a hidden tunnel.
If I could give it a rating from 1 to 5 I would give it a 4 just
because of the fact that the monsters didn’t seem quite real. I
need to say that the songs were very good chosen and they
were put exactly when needed.
