    1. Red - Write down your goals of the studying session (before study)
    2. Blue - Update what you accomplished (after study)
    3. You can physically see your progress for the entire week, so you can adjust your next studying session accordingly :)
    4. You can see how many times you study a certain subject, what you studied and also study duration (you can record it)
    4. It’s best if you do this for all your subjects, half at the front, another half at the back of the page
