Positive Strengths
WHAT is the strengths of the identified challenge?
The strengths would be the courage to face the reality wherein as a
teacher we should equipped ourselves with passion and dedication
towards our commitment to our profession, the philosophy that we
had as a teacher to our learners and to the community will mirror
who we are in this noble profession. The Discipline to our self would
contribute to our future success and is really beneficial to our well
being.
WHY is considered a strength?
This is considered as a strength because it is our weapon in
constructing the most applied strategies to be an effective teacher
that we should equipped ourself with information needed to deliver to
our lesson well and this is the way to encourage our learners to
participate well in discussion.
HOW it could be used to overcome the problem?
All are just in “The State of Mind” wherein, whatever thoughts we
had is subject to balance it whether we must do it or not, the mind
that produces good thoughts will result to positive reaction while if
our mind had feed with bad thoughts all the way we encounter bad
things and negative vibes. Sometimes in ourself our psychological
capacity will say how we interpret things around us.

knowledge, wisdom and skills for you to impart to
future generation, you can used your acquired
knowledge and skills to perform and expand it to
your learners and to society and you already knew
the Do’s and Dont’s of being a professional.
WHY it is considered a opportunity?
This is considered opportunity because you have
it acquired and you have the power then to share
and teach.
HOW it could be used to overcome the problem?
You can used this to overcome the problem
through the experiences you have encountered.
Your experiences will teach you how to be strong
and find a way the good things in life.
Threats
WHAT is the threat of the identified challenge?
 The weaknesses here is the lack of action and strategies to address
the problem.
WHY it is considered a weakness?
This is considered as weakness because it has less attention and it
ignores the stigma that need to be change.
HOW it would be treated to overcome the problem?
Make intervention, research, and action to answer the desired
attention to the issues being faced.
