    AGREEMENT LETTER

    This letter of agreement serves the following terms:


    1. That Toyota Butuan will charge Storage Fee of PhP200.00 per day charged to MALAYAN
    INSURANCE CEBU CITY until the day the said unit will be serviced given LOA is received
    and parts arrived. Storage fee will be lifted when service for body repair is final and unit
    released.

    Unit details are as follows:

    Engine No.: 1NRX573927
    Insured Name:  GIOVANNI B. ABELLANOSA

    If in case insurance is denied, or the owner decides not to continue the repair with Toyota
    Butuan, the same amount of Storage Fee will be charged to client before unit will be released.
