    AGREEMENT LETTER

    This letter of agreement serves the following terms:


    1. That Toyota Butuan will charge Storage Fee of PhP200.00 per day charged to FPG
    Insurance until the day my unit will be serviced given LOA is received and parts arrived
    2. If insurance is denied, the same amount of Storage Fee will be charged before unit will
    be released.
