FOODS

KIMCHI

Kimchi, is a traditional Korean side dish of salted and fermented vegetables,


such as napa cabbage and Korean radish. A wide selection of seasonings are
used, including gochugaru, spring onions, garlic, ginger, and jeotgal, etc. Kimchi is
also used in a variety of soups and stews.
BULGOGI

Bulgogi, literally "fire meat", is a gui made of thin, marinated slices of meat,
most commonly beef, grilled on a barbecue or on a stove-top griddle. It is also
often stir-fried in a pan in home cooking. Sirloin, rib eye or brisket are
frequently used cuts of beef for the dish.

GIMBAP

Gimbap, also romanized as kimbap, is a Korean dish made from cooked rice and
ingredients such as vegetables, fish, and meats that are rolled in gim—dried
sheets of seaweed
JEONGOL

A Korean-style hot pot made by putting meat, mushroom, seafood, seasoning, in


a stew pot, adding broth, and boiling it.

SPAGHETTI

Spaghetti is a long, thin, solid, cylindrical pasta. It is a staple food of traditional

Pizza is a dish of Italian origin consisting of a usually round, flat base of
leavened wheat-based dough topped with tomatoes, cheese, and often
various other ingredients, which is then baked at a high temperature.
