MID PROJECT REVIEW
I feel like the production process has gone well so-far, however my biggest
factor that has let me down is my organisation skills. I feel like if I
would’ve stuck to my deadlines, I would be more on top of everything by now
and this would’ve prevented a lot of the issues that I eventually faced in the
long-term. There are still some elements of the production booklet that I
haven’t completed yet and therefore that could be a much higher standard.
However, with this plan that includes the solutions to combatting any problems
that could come up, I feel that I have created a solid foundation to begin
filming with and develop across the rest of this process.
END OF PROJECT REVIEW
On reflection, a lot of problems that I didn’t expect to happen did occur,
such as illness and the issue with the transfer of the files, during my
illness, so I found myself out of my comfort zone several times, attempting to
solve a lot of setbacks that could’ve potentially been the downfall of my
final project. Despite these harder times, I found that on several occasions I
managed to use my initiative and find ways that allowed the production to
continue.
Overall, I believe that this activity allowed me to consider how my production
process could eventually pan out and from this, I was incredibly prepared,
meaning that I rarely faced many issues, if they were issues that I could’ve
had control over.
