    AWVEX F Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) Between Federal Ministry of Health and Popultion Paropakar Maternity and Womens’ Health Hospital Municipality of Tarakeshwor ‘Municipality of Chandragin ‘and KW, Inference tothe Projact Improvement of Mother and Child Care in urban areas ~ Paropakar Maternity and Womens! This MoU pertains to a new project of the Government of Nesal wth the German Financial Cooperation (FC) through KIW that wil creata‘@ hosptal network of modem, cient osented maternity care by constructing and equipping Satelite Hospitals for the Parepekr Merny and ‘Women's Hosptal (PMWH) in Kathmandu and bul capacity of PMH as a super spociciced tertiary care hospital 2. PM, mandated by the Ministy of Heath and Population (MoHP), Trakeshwor muniipalty, CChandragi municipality and KAW hereby agree on the salon fostures of te pret, {governance mechanism and key roles and responsibities of paris to be ineWved i #e ‘execution and supervision as outined below. Nepal-German Cooperation in Health °.
