1. Is manual operation for the load arm (8") easy for the operator?

 Yes, only 1 or 2 operator is enough to do it.

2. Are there any safety issues or problems when the Emergency Release System (ERS)
integrates into the manual loading arm?
 Actually, there are pros and cons. There are risks for ERS itself as well as below.

Besides, there are more than 1,000 units of manual type have been installed in the
world since 1970s and no problem.
Actually, ERS is almost never activated since emergency case is to hardly come such
like more than few decades. Emergency case is quite rare.
Sometimes, on top of that, there was case that ERS was activated in error by wrong
operation and hydraulic & electric equipment failure and operation had to be stopped to
restore.
So we guess that ERS is not necessary for this case.

3. Is it appropriate and safe to use manual loading arm for C2 service (-103 deg C)?
 Yes. No problem. There are supply records in Taiwan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia,
Japan since 1970s.

4. How to clean the liquid inside the loading arm without N2

 Customer can use N2 to purge. Drain connection would be attached at two points of
loading arm with valve.

5. Manual operation means we do not need a power supply, right? This means that no
instrument equipment is used on loading arm. Does this guarantee safety?
 Without instrument equipment, it would be safer since there will be no risk of
malfunction for instrument equipment.
So loading arm will be never stop operation. Maneuvering of manual operation is
only by mechanical so.

6. Does Loading arm use electricity? If yes, please mention the type of power source
required, such as normal or emergency or UPS power supply.
 No need since it is manual operation. So customer could cut down its consumption.
