1. June-2021 up to now:
- Company: NS2PC (Nghi Son 2 power company – thermal power plant)
- Position: Mechanical maintenance supervisor - planner (FGD- flue gas de-sulfuration).
- Department: maintenance.
- Main task:
CMMS (Maximo) development: workflow, data base.
Department budgeting (yearly)
Planning for annual schedule (training, outage, PM Job)
Representative for Maintenance dept to make monthly report to management board.
Develop maintenance procedure, check sheet.
Planning: preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), Outage work item and
training program for whole department.
Responsible to keep equipment in good condition within in-charge area:
 including rotating equipment such as Mills, pumps
 and static equipment such as: absorber tank, steel structure, rubber lining, flake
lining, etc.
2. Sept-2018 to May-2021:
- Company: EagleBurgmann Viet Nam
- Position: service center manager
- Department: maintenance.
- Main task:
 Responsible for whole mechanical seal in NSRP plant as representative of OEM.
 Refurbish, investigate, and make inspection report for refurbished seal.
 Trouble shot and gave solution to customer, also technical improvement for repeated
issue.
 Manpower arrangement: to ensure availability of service center upon customer
requirement, especially during long holiday.
 stock control for spare parts in service center: to ensure enough spare for refurbishment
work.

3. Oct-2016 up to Aug-2018:
- Company: AES-VCM thermal power plant (American/ Korea investment)
- Position: Mechanical maintenance supervisor (power block).
- Department: maintenance.
- Main task:
 Prepare maintenance procedure for equipment: daily, monthly, overhaul method, special
tool, and spare parts.
 Team leader of 16 technical (power block)
 Responsible for all equipments in in-charge area:
- rotating equipment: Turbine generator, pump, air compressor, fans, etc
- static equipment: valves, boiler, heat exchanger, condenser, piping, etc
 Safety control at field to ensure job arrangements are complies with safety regulation of
plant and Corp, ensure that employee and contractor are follow safety instruction.
 Daily monitoring condition of equipment and take maintain (Preventive maintenance and
corrective maintenance). Maintenance Performance Evaluation: Periodically prepare
reports and studies to assist in evaluating the performance of the maintenance activities
within the section, monitoring the equipment availability, evaluating performance of
contractor and maintenance cost, control the maintenance schedule.
 Outage maintenance planning: Coordinate with the Maintenance Planning Engineer and
other operating sections to planning for periodic inspections & major Overhauls for all
plant equipment, installations, pipelines, vessels, etc.…,
 Equipment Condition Monitoring: Assess the condition of equipment and facilities by
evaluating the results of the periodic condition surveys, performance checks on the plant
equipment. Necessary action to be taken with reference to data and analysis results
(Vibration analyze, sound detector, thermography)
 Contractor management: daily routine job, annual outage job to ensure achieve schedule,
technical requirement and cost.
 In-charge of lubricant for whole plant equipment: stock control, periodical test for oil
quality, planning to replace oil for equipment in annual outage.

4. Mar-2015 to Sep-2016:
- Company: Nghi Son Refinery & Petrochemical LLC
- Position: Lead field operator
- Department: Operation.
- Main task:
 Team leader of field operators.
 In charge for tank and truck loading area (section 6: tank farm and product blending)
 In charge of safety and punch listing (defected item).
 Under training and preparation period for successfully start up.
5. From September 2010 until Aug-2014:
- Company: Nghi Son Cement Co-operation (NSCC)
- Position: Group leader of Operation dept.
- Department: Production/ Operation section.
- Main task:
 Team leader of 18 workers (daily working) for daily routine maintenance:
Check operating condition of equipment: bucket elevator, coal mill, raw mill, rotating kiln
hydraulic system, belt conveyor system, Etc.
 To be responsible for long-term lubricant maintenance: oil sampling to analysis, planning
to replace oil, lubricant ordering, record history.
 To be involved in annual shut down maintenance (statis equipment)
Check condition of kiln brick and planning to repair/ replace.
Pre-heater tower: check condition and planning to repair for concrete inside cyclone, flap
damper, Silo, Etc.
 To be responsible for safety and hygiene of operation section.
 in-charge for heavy machine (wheel loader, forklift, elevator, water cart):
 Stock control, budget control.

6. From: October 2008 to July 2010.

 Manpower management of the group:
 Control the quality, progress, quantity for incoming spare parts from 5 suppliers (inclusive
Viet Nam and Japanese Company).
 Manage the quality incident, seek for the cause and take countermeasure (including
investigate the process of supplier).
