BUILDING WHICH WOULD BE THE OTSIDE

THE MOST IMPORTANT PART IN DESIGNING IS


CONNECTIONG THE BEAUTY OF THE NATURE TO THE MAN-
MADE BEAUTY. THAT’S WHY THERE ARE WINDOWS THAT
CONNECTS THE SPACES INTO THE OUTSIDE WORLD. AND
IT ALLOWS NATURAL LIGHT FROM HEAVEN COMES IN.

ADDING FURNITURE TO THE SPACE IS A WAY TO EXPAND THE


SPACES.PUTTING IT IN THE RIGHT PLACE AND PUTTING JUST A
RIGHT AMOUNT OF A FURNITURE WILL MAKE IT BEAUTIFUL.

THIS FLOOR PLAN SEPERATES THE PUBLIC AREAS TO PRIVATE AREAS. FIRST FLOOR WILL BE
ACCESSIBLE TO THE PUBLIC. SECOND FLOOR IS ACCESIBLE TO THE STAFF AND OWNERS.
THE LAST FLOOR WILL BE ACCESSIBLE ONLY FOR THE OWNERS.

AUTOMATIC SLIDING DOOR WILL BE USED TO BE HAVING A BARRIER


FREE-DESIGN FOR THE OWNERS THAT HAS DISABILITIES AND ALSO
IF THERE MIGHT BE A CLIENT WITH DISABILITIES.

THERE IS ALSO A BIGGER SPACE FOR THE OWNER WITH WHEEL


CHAIR.

A BIGGER SPACE WILL MAKE YOU EASILY MOVED TO ANOTHER


SPACE.
SOCIAL AND LEISURE SPACES

HERE ALSO A BIGGER HANGOUT ROOM WHICH CAN MAKE


YOU FEELS RELAXED AND UNWINDS. A COMPLETE HANGOUT
ROOM WITH A MINI KITCHEN AND A WATER CLOSET WILL BE
SO CONVENIENT.
KITCHEN AND BATHROOMS

THE KITCHEN IS U-SHAPED AND STILL FOLLOWS THE KITCHEN


WORK TRIANGLE.

IT HAS TOILET BESIDE FOR THE CONVENIENCY OF THE STAFF

BEDROOMS

THE BEDROOM IS CONSISTING OF SPECIFICALLY BED, TABLE,


AND WATER CLOSET. EVENTHOUGH THE BUILDING IS FOR
WORK, IT SHOULD STILL MAKE TIME FOR REST THAT’S WY THE
BEDROOMS ARE LOCATED TO THE THIRD FLOOR. WHICH YOU
CAN HAVE A PRIVACY.
UTILITY AND WORK SPACES THIS WORKING SPACE MIGHT COME MANY PEOPLE INSIDE BUT
WITH THE WIDER SPACE AND A NEAT PLACING OF SPACES WILL
LET YOU WALK AND MOVED FREELY WITHOUT HESITATION.

THIS SPACE HAS MANY CABINENTS WHICH YOU CAN STORE AS


MANY THINGS THAT IS NEEDED TO KEPT WHILE ITS NOT IN
USED.

STAFF OFFICE IS WIDE AND DIVIDED WITH THE USE OF


DIVIDERS. THIS SPACE IS BIGGER FOR A 10 STAFF OR LESS.
