All the activities related to ODC project work in oil & gas industry.

 Work as per the permit to work system (PTW)

 To handle specific project work at specific time and location with proper planning & precaution to
ensure activities can be conducted safely.
 Maintain communication between site management, supervisors, operators and the work crew.
 Compliance with suitable and sufficient PTW, work contract to conduct job.
 Ensure all the work party always complies with the requirements of the equipment, asset, material and
procedure.
 Ensure all the documents attached with necessary requirement, time limits, standard of process, quality
of work.
 Complete the work as per documents & drawings maintain the quality standard.
 After completion of work take follow up with client, clearance certificate, invoice.
 Mechanical activities include: cutting, welding, grindings, loading-unloading, lifting, isolation, cold-
cutting, confined space entry, gas testing etc.

4) BMH CONCARE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED AS DESIGN ENGINEER

Duration: from APRIL 2016 to JULY 2017.
Design & Development job for Conveyor Care Products I.e., Internal & External
Belt Scrapers, Skirt Sealing Systems, Impact Bars, Air Blaster, Dust Suppression System etc.

 While starting a project, communicate with Director, engineers and clients to understand the needs and
requirements.
 Once materials and specifications have been determined, use CAD software to Design and develop
models and modifying models under different conditions.
 Once Design is set, presenting it to concern person. If the Design is approved, then finalize designs and
sent prints to the production.
 During the manufacturing maintain the quality standard as per product requirement include testing,
inspection and modification.
 Maintain better communication & understanding with persons who was working on shop floor. Maintain
documentation from project start to end in systematic manner. Keep the records & files.
 If necessary, travel to job sites or factories to measure physical dimensions for machinery and
production lines.
 5) UNITED BREWERIES LTD. (UNIT-BOMBAY BREWERIES) AS TRAINEE MECHANICAL ENGINEER
(PRODUCTION SHIFT ENGINEER)
Duration: from January 2015 to march 2016

 Planning, organizing, updating and maintaining production schedule as per requirement of production.
