in liaison with Tender Cell for required quantities of material, labourer, Machinery & other
elements for all Buildings, Roads ,Water & Waste Works and Infrastructure Projects.
 Working Activity Based Costing (A.B.C) Budgets (Based relevant IS Codes Specification) to
assess Expenditure incurred for the project in terms of direct & indirect costs is determined,
by using Hit Office Software / MS EXCEL with Detailed cost analysis as per the Bill of
quantities (B.O.Q) for Roads & Bridges, Buildings & Waste Water Works sectors, based on
Prevailing rates at respective project locations.
 Major site visits and Site Investigation report for Preparation of detail Budgets.
 Preparation of Cost to Complete (CTC) which includes Estimate to Complete (ETC) for
balance works and actual cost incurred (ACWP) for completed work on quarterly basis.
