    Types of Triangles
    Triangles can be classified by their angles and their sides.

    Classified by Sides

    Equilateral Triangle: All sides are equal

    Isosceles Triangle: Only two sides


    Are equal length

    Scalene Triangle: No sides are equal

    Classified by Angles

    Right Triangle: At least one angle of the


    Triangle measures 90°(right angle)

    Obtuse Triangle: Has one angle that


    measures more than 90°, but smaller
    than 180°

    Acute Triangle: Has three angles, each less than 90°
