There are a few things you will need, so you might want to get these things sooner rather than later.
3. Registered Mail labels (called Mail Label 200 in the United States)
a. You have to pick these up from the post office. These are not the same as the stickers
available on the postal service website.
b. The Registered Mail labels have a bond number for shipping your documents.
c. You really only need one registered mail label for the Minister of External Affairs (the
European equivalent to the Secretary of State of the United States), unless you plan on
sending also your copies registered mail instead of certified mail.
d. Some post offices will resist giving this to you, insisting that you cannot leave the area
with it. Speak with the supervisor. You need to type the Registration bond number into
your document that you plan to send out by registered mail.
1. Deed of Re-conveyance
a. While you are waiting on the return of the delivery receipt cards, you can prepare some
of the other documents.
b. The affidavit repudiates your corporate citizenship as a dead entity that is lost at sea,
and the Deed of Reconveyance put’s you back on the land as a living soul and your
status as a National of your state.
c. The Deed of Reconveyance allows you to claim dominion over your all caps name to
your real name.
d. Again, you must first read and understand the samples available so that you will know
how to modify them to fit your particular situation. DO NOT just fill in your information
and mail them in. This will get you into a lot of trouble because you are autographing
this document under the penalty of perjury. Pay attention to the pronouns and other
information to be included. Don’t forget that you must be able to defend everything
you include in this document. If in doubt seek help.
e. Add all variations of your name in uppercase and upper/lowercase. If you are a woman
who has been married, put in both your married name(s) and your maiden name, as
well as hyphenated maiden-married name.
f. Print out this document.
g. Get this document notarized.
2. Proof that you belong in the country / state in which you live
a. Option 1 – Patent of Nativity
i. The Americans trace their lineage to 1776, as being on the soil before the
corporations took over. Britain and Europe may find it a bit more difficult to
determine to what year to trace their lineage. I would suggest 1776 for all
because on May 1st, 1776 Adam Weishuapt completed his task of revising and
modernizing the protocols of Zionism, forming the Illuminati whose mission it
was and continues to be to destroy all existing governments and religions
around the world. Or 1822 following the secret treaty of Verona that reiterated
the mission to destroy representational governments around the world.
Ultimately, however, you trace your lineage to a year that you can stand by.
What year you can defend and why. A saving grace is the corporations end and
re-start.
b. Option 2 – Declaration
i. Write a Declaration to state your case of why you are not a citizen of the
corporation pretending to be your country. You are a living breathing soul with
a heartbeat.
1. This section is copied exactly as per the American instructions because we still haven’t figured
out how to transfer this process into the European context.
2. Plan a trip to a Passport Agency
a. Check the travel.state.gov website for current passport prices. Does anyone know
where to check for European process?
b. Download DS-11 from United States Secretary of State. The forms in Europe are
different.
c. Go to coppermoonshinestills.com and fill out the passport DS-11 (European equivalent)
application form exactly the way it is directed. Of course, this is not the same for
Europe and we are still figuring this out. If anyone has any suggestions, please share.
Apparently we can add information on government forms (in ink, not print) but likely
not cross anything out without nullifying the application.
d. Get your two passport photos and two forms of I.D. as required. Apparently you can
use your driver’s license, but there may be an affidavit you need to have with it stating
that the driver’s license contains errors. Again, we are still figuring this out.
e. Be aware that some passport agencies may impose restrictions on expedited
appointments because of possible ongoing plandemics.
f. Book an appointment in the future at a passport agency, choosing a travel date within
the next couple of weeks or so – for emergency travel.
g. Book a reservation at a hotel in Britain (if in the EU) or the EU (if in Britain). It is
required to have a reservation in order to justify your reasoning for an expedited
passport. Once we figure this part out, you should be getting your passport the same
day.
i. Make sure you find a hotel that allows free cancellations with over 24-hour
notice. This way it doesn’t cost anything to book the hotel.
h. When you see the passport agent, this is what you say. Of course, this will need to
change for Europe but we haven’t figured this part out yet:
i. “Here is my application properly filled out, here is my photos and my I.D. here is
my reservation for expedited service and here is my Affidavit of Status as a State
National defined in USC title 8 sec 1101(a) (21) (23) Please issue me a passport
that reflects that status” (then shut up this is all you say)
i. If you have a passport already, or if your passport expired within the last 5 years, hand
this over to them.
i. In the US they will try to push a DS-85 renewal form on you. They will tell you
it’s cheaper and this is what you have to use. As this form has no option to
claim a non-citizen, this form (or the European equivalent) will not achieve the
intended result and must not be used. Don’t use this form. Use instead the
form you have already prepared as per 2c. above.
j. This is not part of the script but, if you already have a valid passport, you might want to
add that it’s important that you travel with a passport that reflects your updated status.
Then repeat:
i. “Here is my application properly filled out, here is my photos and my I.D. here is
my reservation for expedited service and here is my Affidavit of Status as a State
National defined in USC title 8 sec 1101(a) (21) (23) Please issue me a passport
that reflects that reflects that status” (then shut up this is all you say)
k. Here are possible scenarios:
i. The agent will not know what you are talking about and will ask you for more
information. Don’t get into a discussion. Just repeat the script or ask to speak
to a supervisor.
ii. The agent will test you to see if you know what you are talking about. Don’t get
into a discussion. Just repeat the script or ask to speak to a supervisor. It’s not
part of the script but you might want to add that it’s important that you travel
with a passport that reflects your updated status.
iii. The agent will ask you to sit and wait to speak to his/her supervisor. Repeat
your script to the supervisor.
l. Ask the agent/supervisor to make a copy (or be prepared to leave your original copy) of
your affidavit to include with your application.
m. It may or may not matter what the agent or supervisor says because it all depends on
where the actual change to the passport information takes place. Ultimately it’s the
information on the bar code that’s important, so they may just hand you back your
same passport. It may or may not be a good idea to check if your Lexis Nexis
information has been updated before applying for a passport. Lexis Nexis update can
take up to 180 days.
n. I don’t know if Britain / Europe issues a passport card as well as the passport. If you
ordered a card, check the bill to make sure the card was included. Expect to pay for a
book fee (110 euros?), a card fee (30 euros?), an expedited fee (60 euros?), and perhaps
also an administration fee (35 euros?).
o. Cancel your hotel reservations after you get your passport.
3. Note: The decision about what information is on your passport is likely not determined by the
passport agency. The information on your passport does not indicate anything about your
citizenship. The important information is in the bar code. The information about you (“state
National” status and “Do not detain, do not interrogate” instructions) is corrected elsewhere. In
the US, it’s corrected in D.C.. In Britain / Europe, it’s likely corrected at the Ministry of External
Affairs. This too we still have to figure out.
E. Tax Exemption
1. After you get your passport and have confirmation that your status has been corrected on Lexis
Nexis, the next step is to file your tax exemption form proving that you are a state national and
not a citizen and, therefore, exempt from the tax obligations imposed onto citizens.
2. In the United States they use the Form 56 (addressed to the tax revenue agency) and the W8Ben
forms (sent to employers, banks and any other agency withholding taxes from your source of
funds).
3. We still haven’t figured out how to transfer this process into the European context.
We are still working on figuring out the European equivalent for the remaining steps that follow.
F. Superior Titles
1. If you are a property owner, you must patent your land to secure your superior titles. See Rob
Gibson’s book, Land Patent, for how it is done in the United States.
2. If you have a car or other, you must get the MCO/MSO, or Salvage rights titles (cars, trailers
etc…)
To take dominion over the air you must have an expressed trust.
a. an Executor -
c. Trustee / Fiduciary (you must have a written acceptance by the trustee to be the Trustee) without that
acceptance of the Trustee they can pierce the veil.
d. A Beneficiary e. Property, assets and income of the trust must be clearly stated. f. Describe how the
trust should be managed. g. Trusts are signed in the center of the document. Trust should be recorded
anchored on the land if possible.
Your business on the land should be in a PMA (private member association) or as a trading company. I
recommend a PMA easier to defend.
I. Trademark
To take dominion over the water, you're entities, vessels, transmitting utilities should be trademarked
under a “legal” (of the water) business with:
a. License by a state as a for profit business (must have intent to make a profit)
b. Bonded or insured for liability could be as simple as a 20 dollar silver piece (1oz)
d. Having a product offered for sale in international commerce (website) product could be anything I.e.
pens, t-shirts etc. novelty stuff
Trademarks of business are upper ALL CAPS NAMES (WITH CUSIP NUMBERS) TEAS Plus
f. USC title 15 (this is your savior) the State can only regulate commerce it cannot interfere with it!
g. Contract between
J. Minor Estate
