Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my dismay at the service provided by your cleaning company.


Your company often provides services to us, and I have always been satisfied with its
services. But lately I have noticed that your employees do not focus on the quality of service.
The last three times your employees have been in my offices to clean I have noticed several
things wrong.
First, the windows are not washed properly, and I have noticed multiple stains after
washing. Secondly I noticed that the dust on several surfaces is not wiped off at all. The
employees only wipe the dust from the surfaces that are visible. Another thing that bothers
me is the smell of the products they work with. After cleaning the company there is an
unpleasant pungent smell.
All these aspects influence the reputation of the office and our company, as we
position ourselves as a detail-oriented company. All this intimidates our customers and
creates an unfavourable image.
With this letter I am asking you to take some corrective measures. I ask you to replace
the products you work with better quality ones, and also to have a discussion with your
employees and train them better.

I hope you can take steps to ensure that this mistake will not happen again.
