This course conclusion work has as main objective, to

assist the administration of the picket sector in the EDM

company, through a web data management system,
decentralizing the existing processes in the company
that are done manually to its customers. This system
will allow the updating of information online, allowing
the management of the customer's faults via the
internet in an easy access to information, faster and
safer. The system was implemented in Personal Home
Page (PHP) and MySQL database.
