It is my great pleasure to recommend Megan Thomas for a teaching position. I have worked closely with her at P.S. 207 this year. She began her
student teaching duties with my fourth grade class earlier this year. I am thrilled to have had the opportunity to have worked so closely with her in the
classroom.
During our time together, Ms. Thomas has proven herself to be a reliable and strong asset to any school. She is highly motivated and wants to learn
as much as she can to perform to the best of her abilities. Megan is motivated, hardworking, and has a strong work ethic. She has not only displayed
dedication, empathy and compassion as a student teacher but also shows extreme flexibility when working within groups and developing close relationships
with all of the students in the class. Because she was able to foster these connections, she proved to be a tremendous asset to any classroom by assisting
in modifications and input while lesson planning.
Another one of Megan’s greatest strengths is her enthusiasm for working with kids. She is genuinely interested in their progress, encouraging
students to give their best on every challenge. She was always ready to assist with modifications to meet all student’s needs.
