 Answer

1. Ability to work cooperatively with others to achieve group objectives. Leadership is not
an individual sport. The essence of leadership is accomplishing worthy goals through the
combined efforts of others, and teamwork capabilities are crucial. Yes, I confidently say
that leader do his responsibility. Not to mention the name of this leader, he is known as
the father of the youth. His concern for his constituents is very broad, his love for his
community. The heart of a leader can really be felt by his subordinates, his actions and
fellowship with each other through community’s unity.
2. A leader's love and affection for his subordinates is one of his characteristics, in my
opinion. The true leader will make the people feel that he wants the community to
prosper. The people's trust in a leader should see him dedicated so that he can
demonstrate that the people did not make a mistake in supporting him and believing in
his ability to serve the people. Leader the person who always leads his community's
support. He will assist those in need, address barangay issues, and do everything possible
to develop his town.
3. The development, execution, and realization of a vision are all aspects of effective
leadership. There is no conflict between ethical leadership and effective leadership if a
leader is wise. Both work well when used together. The alignment of the desired effects
of leadership with ethical goals and outcomes is the result of wisdom. The results of
leadership are what ethical leadership is all about. A successful leader accomplishes
them? corporate goals. A moral leader accomplishes both business goals while acting in a
morally upright way.
4. Yes, in my opinion, this leader does face an ethical conundrum. But I think he upholds
these moral conundrums for the good of all and so that people can see his love for his
country. Honesty makes ethical leaders deserving of the trust others place in them,
according to some leadership experiences with ethical dilemmas. Respect for those
around one means accepting leadership and the authority and responsibilities that come
with it, regardless of their position or distinguishing characteristics. and staying alert in
difficult circumstances
5. Take initiative. Whatever the circumstance, it's critical for leaders to take action. Be
Innovative Leadership is the capacity to develop and implement creative solutions,
particularly when faced with situations that are structurally complex or undergoing
change. Face conflict head-on One way that leaders can achieve their objectives is by
managing conflict well. A disagreement between two parties that is typically portrayed as
hostility or antagonism is referred to as a conflict. Maintaining objectivity when
criticizing a policy's efficacy is important because leaders in the intelligence community
risk appearing to be attacking those tasked with carrying it out. Seek out opportunities for
collaboration and ask for assistance when facing internal difficulties.
