52DK Fuling inverter can be programmed to control three different


spindles on a CNC router. The programming involves setting various parameters to configure
the inverter's behavior. Below is an explanation of the functions and sub-functions from 00 to
30 for F3 to F8.

Function F3: Operation Control Parameters

Sub-function 00: Acceleration Time (ACC)


This parameter determines the time taken by the spindle to accelerate from a stopped state to its
maximum speed.
It is set in seconds.
Sub-function 01: Deceleration Time (DEC)
This parameter determines the time taken by the spindle to decelerate from its maximum speed to
a stopped state.
It is set in seconds.
Sub-function 02: Jog Acceleration (J-ACC)
This parameter sets the acceleration time for jogging the spindle. Jogging refers to manually
controlling the spindle speed.
It is set in seconds.
Sub-function 03: Jog Deceleration (J-DEC)
This parameter sets the deceleration time for jogging the spindle.
It is set in seconds.
Sub-function 04: Frequency Upper Limit (F-H)
This parameter sets the maximum operating frequency for the spindle.
It is set in Hertz.
Sub-function 05: Frequency Lower Limit (F-L)
This parameter sets the minimum operating frequency for the spindle.

Sub-function 06: Voltage Upper Limit (U-H)

13. Sub-function 02: Dynamic Braking Voltage (DB-Voltage)
This parameter sets the voltage level used for dynamic braking.
It is set as a percentage of the maximum output voltage.

Function F5: Control and Protection Parameters

14. Sub-function 00: Control Method Selection (CTRL)


This parameter selects the control method for the spindle. Options may include V/F control or
vector control.
15. Sub-function 01: Overvoltage Protection Level (OVP)
This parameter sets the level at which overvoltage protection is activated.
