First of all, my name is Estefania Jaramillo Giraldo, Passport no, AY087177.

I'm writing this letter to give references to my friend Jhojan Stiven Diaz Arroyave, whom I have
known for more than ten years; we have always had a very close friendship, and we would
describe it as we are almost siblings; This is why I could say that I know him quite well, and
we were present in all our stages; even so, when we both left our native country, we kept our
friendship, and we are always looking out for each other.

I have never met a more gentlemanly, polite, decent, and noble man than he is in my almost 22
years of age, having traveled so many places and met many people. I think he is brave and has
many abilities that not many people have, since being so young, he ventured to seek new
horizons and goals in a country where they did not even speak his native language, I understand
him, and I know the challenges involved because I have also lived it and I know it is not easy.
It is worth noting that he has an admirable ability to learn, which has allowed him to get by in
the best way in such a different environment and culture, I emphasize again, with a language
that he has mastered quite well.

His capacity for resilience, conflict resolution, and mental stability are admirable also, despite
all that he has lived through in his life, he always remains firm and looks ahead, seeking to
reach the next goal.

Wherever he goes, I know that he can leave a huge mark and would be of great help because
Jhojan is a helpful man and is always willing to help people in need, Jhojan is the kind of guy
that lights up the grey days and no matter how difficult it is, he is with you, as we Colombians
say, ''at the edge of the canyon''.

his best to meet all the tasks, challenges, and demands that any location requires, as he has the
discipline, maturity, and willingness to meet them.
