SALTED EGG

INGREDIENTS MATRIALS
Salt Container
Water
Egg

Instructions
 Pour water in a container and add in salt.
 Bring water to boil and stir until salt is totally dissolved.
 Set aside to cool completely.
 Place 10 washed and dried eggs in a container.
 Pour in the cooled salted water until covering all the eggs..
 To use, simply boil the eggs like any normal eggs.
TAHADA

INGREDIENTS MATERIAL
Kamote/potato Spatula
1 kl Brown sugar colored cellophane
Crushed nuts/ pili Butalyne
Pan

PROCEDURE
 Boiled the the SWEET POTATOES or KAMOTE until it
soften, when it soften let sit it for a few minutes.
 Smashed the POTATOES or KAMOTE until it’s a pulverized.
 Put the POTATOES or KAMOTE in the pan with low heat
and stir for few seconds.
 After mixing , add 1k sugar and mix it well.
 Add the crushed nuts while stiring the POTATO or KAMOTE
with melted sugar.
 When its hard to mix , it is a sign that your tahada is
cooked.
 Put the TAHADA in the stainless tray and cool it off for a
few minutes.
 Next put it in the colored cellophane and try to put some
design to make it pretty.
