EXECUTIVESUMMARY

The project report is about the research investigating the “Analyzing the impact of online payment
security on consumer behavior “.
This research paper Analyzing the impact of online payment security on consumer behavior. It found that
customer satisfaction is dependent on the quality of the product and the services it provides. It also found
that the satisfaction of the product differs according to age group, with older people feeling less
satisfaction from modern products and younger people feeling less satisfaction from old products. This
research paper studied customer behaviour and how it affects satisfaction. It found that people who buy a
product by reviewing it get the best or average satisfaction, while those who don't review it get less
satisfaction. The main idea is that those who don't review the details get less satisfaction, but those who do
get more satisfaction get more satisfaction.
