1. Which Fantasy Creature did you illustrate? Describe what they look like and what kind of
textures/scratches you used to create your piece.

- i created an eel
- more of a pattern on the eel and the background with squiggles

2. What were the challenges with this project? How did you overcome obstacles while working?

- the challenge of this project was making sure not to make any mistakes when doing the final
scratchboard

3. What advice would you give to a new student working with scratchboard?

- make sure to sketch out every detail

- I put random lines to make the background more full
- I used shading when making the detail on the eel
