SUBJECT: INCLUSION OF THE MARKS OF GOLD MEDAL IN QUANTIFICATION

FOR THE POST OF LECTURER PSYCHOLOGY

I am writing to request the inclusion of my Gold Medal Certificate from the

date of issuance in my academic records. As you may be aware, I was awarded a Gold
Medal for my outstanding performance in my BS Psychology Program in the year 2014-
2018.

However, I have recently realized that my previous certificate does reflect the
date of issuance i.e., 2021, which has created confusion and inconvenience during the
decision of Syndicate for my appointment. It is imperative that my academic records
accurately reflect my achievements, and the inclusion of the date of issuance i.e., 24 th
February 2021, on my Gold Medal Certificate is a crucial part of this.

Therefore, I kindly request that you update my academic records to include

the original date of issuance on my Gold Medal Certificate, which is in the year 2021. I have
attached a copy of certificates for your reference. Please let me know if you require any
further information or documentation from my end to facilitate this process.
