The research focusing on the role of emotional processing and trait mindfulness in
relationship between childhood emotional maltreatment and maladaptive daydreaming
among adolescents is an important and interesting topic and the candidate devoted a great
deal of time and efforts to this thesis. The overall presentation of the research work is
appropriate and covers all the relevant constituent elements. The collection, presentation,
analysis and interpretations of the relevant information is according to the existing
standards within the discipline. The introduction section is good and all the necessary
details and up-to-date information have been provided. The formatting of different
sections and sub-sections of the thesis shows the application of current practices within
the discipline. Besides several good points the scholar needs to address the minor issues
that have been pointed out in the thesis for the scholar’s convenience that would further
enhance the quality of the thesis. .
