7. Warranty card, Manual to be supplied along with the battery.

8. Batteries to be supplied within 30 days from the date of issuance of contract

order.
9. OEM should have direct service and support center at Kochi. OEM Should have
Minimum 2 year Operation Experience in Kerala. Relevant supporting
documents to be submitted along with the bid.
