hello today i will tell you what to do to have a healthy life, to have a healthy life you must sleep

at least 8 hours a day, eat healthy food, exercise like running, football, tennis and many more.
To have a healthy life you should not have a sedentary life, you should not eat fast food often,
you shouldn't smoke, you shouldn't eat a couch potato and you shouldn't go on diets because
most diets are bad for your health .
